The program starts with a high level of preparedness to achieve maximum output. Program will increase linear acceleration and speed developed for position specific focus. 

Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Form for sport specific program.

$100 per person. A group of 3 or more-$75 per person.  Each person will sign a waiver before clinic starts. Cancellations will be accepted up until 24 hours before clinic begins. 

We cap each clinic at 20 people total.  Please RSVP you name and date of Clinic
